Returns
Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also have the original receipts/invoice.
Refunds
Refund Amount: If your return is approved, you will be refunded 80% of the purchase amount. The remaining 20% will be deducted as a storage fee.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer support team.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged during shipping or upon receipt, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or refund, as appropriate.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
